Adam Hills good shout, Schoey makes me laugh he’s so wrong, Wilkin hates Hull no thanks.

| I hope CH4 present Super league in the same manner as their presentation of Rugby Union it is very good.

Wilkin is the most articulate ex player that is shown on any of the RL productions on either SKY or BBC. His hate of Hull doesn't bother me, we will likely only get 1 game maximum on Channel 4 anyway.
We need to break away from this Northern stereotype when it comes to the presentation of the game. People suggesting Wayne Godwin etc. I love his enthusiasm, but jeez, he should be nowhere near it

Bring back Keith Macklin, probably before your time.
The game certainly needs a new vibrancy and direction, I think most everyone agrees we’ve been shortchanged in leadership, marketing, etc. Hopefully 4 can kickstart a revival of interest.

Adam Hills would be brilliant as would Jodie Cunningham. I like Jones-Buchanan as well.

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?: |

Its a start and i have said for ages we need Terrestrial TV but the timing is all wrong.
For me doesnt have to be a live match just shown at the best viewing time which would be Sundays start time about 18.00 or 19.00

| Great news for the game , First two rounds then a game a month. Clare Balding wouldn't be a bad choice either for hosting the programme .

I'd prefer to loan Rachel Riley off Countdown if we're having a stint on C4.

| Whatever Ken Davy has agreed on the deal.
It gives SL more air time which has to be a positive.
Channel 4 has a record of innovation. It would be great
If SL could pioneer a 9s floodlit competition.

It's been muted before and I think it's inevitable it will happen and I would welcome it. It could be RL's version of 20/20 cricket. I'm not a big fan as such as I much prefer the longer game but appreciate that's it been incredibly successful and welcomed a new audience to the game.
What the format will be will take some planning. To alleviate pressure on the players I would scrap the dreaded loop games bin Magic and have a 9s competition mid summer.
Anyway it's a good news day for RL which in recent years is a rarity.

| At last! Brilliant news more exposure more potential fans getting interested in the game and hopefully some much needed income as well. I found it hard to see how Sky had agreed to it (which they had to) but perhaps they see any new audience for the game as an in for them in getting more subscriptions, particularly in the way the Channel 4 access is structuted with a taster of the first two rounds then every month. . If that's the case its welcome foresight on their behalf. I'd really like a top notch weekly magazine programme as well. Get John Wilkin involved! Great news though particularly if Channel four do it as well as the do Union and who knows if it takes off then it could help the bidding for the next TV contract.
