We aren't going to get anyone in their peak, we either go older and unemployed (so a few on that list ruled out) or upcoming and young. |

At this present time, its time to go for someone older more experienced and unemployed from coaching RL.
I'd go for Brian Smith.
Personally I wouldnt gamble at this time,on a younger rookie coach. |
