Not sure tbh but he seemed to be on for a while, easily our best prop, gave us some really good go forward.

| For me we should only ever play Dowes, Radford and Yak in the same 17 when injuries dictate as they do not offer any real go forward that Moa gives. Yes they do work hard etc but we cant rely on O'Meley and Lauaki for all the go forward every game.

I thought that when he was on the pitch, thats when we started to score tries and have the momentum.

| I've not seen him play this year but how is he doing defensively? He looks a similar type player to Feka at Wigan and he seems to get targetted by oppo who make him tackle a lot and eventually find the space around him. Is Moa in this bracket or is he better in that respect?

You dont want to run at Moa trust me. He hits really hard in defence and I've not seen any evidence of him being so tired he drops off tackles.

We were discussing this yesterday at the game, you would expect him to have some frailties in defence but he really doesn't and despite his size he is very fit and works really hard.

Thats what made me ask, you normally have to 'carry' impact players like him and they can end up being a luxury, 15 - 20 decent minutes max. I thought this would be why Agar hasn't played him that much this year and seems to have to be forced to play him to allow others to rest. If he is as solid as you say players like him are very hard to come by.

Ask Michael Monaghan.

| I would say that Moa had as much if not more game time than O'meley and was more effective and that is not picking holes in O'meley who worked very hard.
I can not see any obvious reason why Sam will not play on Saturday and if we can get some sort of half back combo that will not keep sending our forwards in waves of straight lines, Fitz, Ogre, Moa, Lauaki and Manu could cause Leeds some difficulty.

| Dowes was poor yesterday. I'd expect him to miss out in the cup if the others are back.

I agree Dowes was ineffective yesterday and he should drop out along with Burnett (who had a reasonable game) to make way for Tickle and Fitz. Moa should keep his place.
