Wing for me has always been an impact dummy half runner, like Roby/Higham but far better quality. I always thought he was superb at what he did but I am not sure how he fits in with us. He can do a job at 7 and will be better than what we have but I am not sure he is our answer to the SH problem.

I think he started as a hooker, virtually played his whole career there while at Roosters although has played a little in the half back roles while at Roosters. I know he plays more at SO/HB now at Souths but I don't think we should look to sign him. |

I agree to some extent but he can definitely play a bit of football as well as scooting. I'd argue that we need a 6 and a 7 so he'd be ideal alongside a full on distributor. My only gripe is his age, as I'm not keen on us signing 30 or 30+ year olds. |

I take your point about him being okay at 6/7 but I personally would not sign him unless we needed a hooker, which we don't. |
