Wont be able to register them now, but will be able to before the next round i believe for new signings. Only time you cant is if they have come from another SL team making them cup tied so to speak. |

They have an offer of employment to get the visa. Their offer is conditional upon them receiving a visa. Once they have the visa and it becomes unconditional im pretty sure they can then register them as a player. |
