Lets face it, we ain't signing a superstar are we It is not going to happen. Moa is the one for me.
I hope that I am wrong and we sign a world star.
Rovers are miles ahead of us. Sam Moa is a good prospect. GET HIM SIGNED.'"
He's performed in about five or six games. I'd like him to stay for some of the reasons you've mentioned but it isn't the end of the world if he goes.

So you'd like us to either pay over the odds for him or tie up a quota spot for at least 2 years on an unproven 23 year old just so Rovers don't 'get one over on us'?
I like Moa as much as the next fan, but him signing or not is hardly going to make or break our season. Or Rovers' season for that matter.
It's a sideshow that's been blown out of all proportion.

Exactly. I got murdered on here several time for slating both him and dykes and Matt Sing. Matt Sing was one of my all time fav players from when I was in aussie. Simple fact was he was crocked and finished as was Dykes, sadly. Byrne who we had several english players the same as
People need to wake up and realise we are cack. Moa was a glimmer of light in the worst season we have had in a long long long time.

Absolutely, if we can't get better in terms of an overseas player then sign him up. He is a very enthusiastic player with potential to get better. I'd like to see him at Hull but would not be offering silly money for him, he is still largely unproven.

I hope not. With the quota reducing by another place in 2011 and some players with options for that year it would severely limit our options.

If we don't get him I think that we'd have to sign a very similar player. Without him, our front row, which would be Cusack, Dowes, O'Meley, Radford, lacks aggression and has too many workhorses, and a Moa-esque player would balance this out.
For me, I say sign him up. He's looked great in all the games he's played, has shown a pride and passion for the shirt, and has bags of potential, being only 23. Plus he's a fan favourite.

So who we going to sign? Bearing in mind we have offered him a contract? Ooh must be loads of options in the pipeline?
I want Moa. I want to sign him then get rid of Berrigan and Cusack next year. berrigan has been a waste of space. Lets reiterate our utter crapness and understand that people who want to play for the club and will give 100% are what I want. Moa deserves an FC contract. Thats the be all and end of it. We brought him in, he deserves it. The rovers element is an extra stab wound as their coach and board obviously can spot talent. Hence why they are doing better than us in no time.

So was Chico Jackson. As already stated, if we don't sign him for next season, we can only judge the decision when the last quota spot is filled.
