Had some shocking service from various members of staff over the last couple of weeks. Not surprised in the slightest we've sold so few this week if my experience is anything to go by.

Service is pants compared to what it was a couple of years ago. When I renewed my passes it felt like I was being a hindrance to them. Were it any other retail establishment I'd have walked out but obviously they have a captive audience but I've not been back since and will only buy my lad a shirt this year and won't buy anything else |

I had to buy mine over the phone because I live out of town. I have to say the service I received was pretty good. Maybe you should move house. |

7500 is not too bad if you sold 9k last year.
There are always those who do not renew but other new fans will join and they will not be in a rush to buy until they have the money in place.
