The alternative is ??
Radford may not be the best coach technically but everyone was calling for someone who was akin to a real supporter and would feel the pain.
Personally I was happy with his appointment and reserve judgement for the time being. Chucking your teddy out the cot is irrelevant to most of us, but if it makes you feel better.....

It is a bit simplistic, as it fails to address that we're looking increasingly unlikely to make the play offs this year after two consecutive top 6 finishes. Gentle wasn't perfect, but he was a good deal better than Radford. |

radford may turn out to be a good coach and miller and rankin may turn out to be good half backs. Can the club afford to wait around to see if any of them do? I don't think so unless pearson is happy with the risk. What we needed to do when sacking agar was appoint a coach with a track record of building a club from the depths, putting in systems and developing a winning mentality. 2 1/2 ears later and it's still what we need.
And before anyone come up with the predictable and boring question of who is this coach, I don't know, it's not my job to know but it is someone at the club's job and they're seemingly not doing so well with it
