What summed up our performance for me was early on in the first half when Horne put in a speculative kick that held up perfectly in the in goal area. Yeaman and Briscoe just ambled after it, giving Rovers plenty of time to collect the ball and clear their lines while all the Hull fans near me were screaming at them to chase it down.

I remember Washbrook playing centre in Catalans once he had cracker!!

Never seen Whiting at F/B and Washy played got moved to centre 1st match in france...after that,god knows....How much difference will Hall and Reardon make...a bloody lot.

If he was going to play anyone at centre, why not Berrigan?
Start with Washy at LF with Manu off the bench.
