Same as the rest, crap pack etc etc...I will be the first to admit Yeamo was not at his best for 2 season, though he looks like he is starting to hit some form, and as you rightly point out the stats for Yeamo & Hall are misleading due to favoured positions etc, I would like to see Hall get a good run in the centres just so we can see if he is class or not tbh. |

Your best bet is to have a few in Manchester city centre then jumping tram to Weaste although the 20's are playing at 2pm so i would the think the club we will be open all afternoon for that

I'd be more than happy for this to be the case tbh. Lynne gets a run out and a chance to show what he can do and Hall can fight it out for the centres where he belongs. |

Not sure that playing behind a beaten pack has quite the same direct impact on a centre as it does on a hooker or halfback. The main excuse that seems to be trotted out for Yeaman is that he's not had any 'service' since Cooke left. IMO top quality centres create opportunities for themselves, and don't rely on having tries handed to them on a plate via a cut-out pass.

Yeamo's doing OK this season, a definite improvement on the last couple. However, one indicator I like to look at is how many tries a centre's wing partner has scored, and he doesn't score highly there. It would be good to see a run of games with Yeaman and Hall as our centres so as to make a good comparison, but that doesn't seem likely in the near future unfortunately. |
