Me too. FWIW I think Tansey will play FB as he has done in the NRL. Remember being fairly impressed with him at Leeds although cant really remember where in the backs was playing - swapped around a bit ? Strong and fairly quick don't know if he has the guile we need in the halves. |

He played at FB a bit and also interchange hooker IIRC. Not sure he would be the answer at SO. |

I wouldn't play Tansey in the halves, he does not have the creativity tbh. He plays well out of dummy half and from fullback and whilst he could do a job in the halves I would rather have him at fullback and Horne at SO. |

I'd love us to play Horney at fullback and sign a really creative stand off but I can't see it happening. I'd personally like Tansey to be used off the bench like we used to do quite effectively with Motu.

I feel Richard Horne can be absolute magic if you're on the front foot, going well and are full of confidence but he is not the man to dig you out of a hole if you're up against it and struggling.
Also 10 years at the same club is a long time, perhaps there is a reason why so few players do it these days? Maybe they get stale and get too comfortable?
Richard has given us incredible service of the years and is a great clubman but I wouldn't be against the idea of moving him and signing another stand-off. I certainly feel that is an idea that shouldn't be dismissed outright. |

Shocking attempt at tackle on Chris Bridge for there length of field try. Mind you a good full back would have nailed bridge on half way.
