The main problem I have with Radford is that he just seems to think if everyone tries harder we will be ok. He doesn't seem to have any actual ideas on how to improve anything except for questioning the players attitudes and flogging them in training.

Obviously conceding 80 points is an attitude thing, but no matter how much effort we put in it won't solve our problems in attack and it certainly won't make our lightweight pack any bigger.

He has the tactics and ideas to win us two cups with pretty much the same team. The players are at the club to be giving performances much better than we have seen, even with key players are out. I think some players have all but given up and are stropping on the back of all the preseason grand final talk to now not even be with a shot at a semi. Poor attitudes, poor efforts. A few fresh faces and old faces out will do us some good.

On the other hand, you can’t underestimate the loss Sneyd and Kelly are to the team, along with Connor. You can’t rely on one, but most coaches would rely on at least one of them players playing.

Think you're missing the point.
Without a Sneyd kick to the corner we are lost but do not have the ability to change or adapt our style of play.
We have become predictable and other teams and pundits alike have worked us out.
Radford is at a loss to arrest this slump.

Why is it when Gentle has a record defeat it's his fault but when Radford surpasses this it's the players fault?

I think you have hit the nail on the head there, with attack we are utterly clueless. God knows what Miloudi has done wrong, but at least he added a little bit of variety and unpredictability to our play.
Personally, I would stick with Radders, but I am starting to question it - as I believe what you said above might well be bang on and if so, then only one solution.
