Overall verdict on the game was that it was a niggly, dull affair, but one which we were in control of without impressing right until the sending off. On top of being a man down we also got a huge amount of calls against us in the last 20, a good number of which were contentious to say the least. I was personally more impressed with the way we held on for the win in the face of so much adversity than I was with the first hour.

Another impressive showing from Houghton, a great 2nd half from Manu (that hand off and break was fantastic), a good performance from Sharp that I fear will unfortunately be overshadowed by his glaring and costly error, and a mixed bag from Seymour. Several other good performances in the pack as well.
