Hard to disagree, although Hadley is a decent squad player, should be no where near hooker though, I'm more concerened about our starting quota players.

As Dave says there are two sides far better than the rest of Super League. Going there short of our first choice line up we were never going to get a result.
Have to find a way to pick up the points against Wakefield and Catalans.'"
Yep, that needs to be the focus. Not sure how many Saints have lost at home this year, but as you say we need something much closer to our first choice 17 to be competitive there.
Guessing we should have Griffin, Paea, Ellis and Lane back for Wakefield but any news on Houghton, Shaul, Savelio or Bowden? Maybe something in Radford's post match interview?

Too right. It seeks we just accept drubbings. Is that 4 or 5 times we've conceded over 60 points in the last year?
It's not that long ago we put 50 points past saints on their own patch in the cup. Weve gone backwards at a rate of knots

| Expected a loss but not by that much. Just got to bounce back with the same mentality we did after the Wire game. Beating Wakey next week would be massive

| FFS, for me that completely devalues the win on Friday, and our points difference is worse again!

I don't believe we played the likes of Cameron Scott, Brad Fash and Jez Litten in that match. Equally Saints have stepped on significantly and are unquestionably the top team in the competition. How many have they lost at home this year - imagine it's not many.
Post Easter we are in a play-off position (edit, unless Catalans beat Cas by a fewl. Some were predicting differently. The Wakefield game is an important one, let's hope we can field a strong side and contain Fifita.

| Read deep into Easter Monday results at your own peril. Sun’s still out, I’m off to pub.

I note that you've already had more to say on this game than the derby.

No you are. Clueless about the game but feel the need to be on here once we lose. Your boring.

| Seen enough of us and other teams this year to still be confident we can make top 5. Problem is the teams in 3rd, 4th and 5th are just making the numbers up and Saints and Wire will contest the final. Games against those 2 sides have shown how far off the pace we are compared to them, and while making the top 5 would be nice (especially after peoples early season predictions) it's only going to end with us knocked out at the first hurdle.

Sorry, I should have made myself clearer for the hard of thinking. Yes, I know saints are the best side in the comp but they were dire 3 years ago and we were much better. Both teams have had some personnel changes but overall the core of the playing squads aren't that much different so using your renowned analytical skills maybe you could come up with the reason why they've improved so much whilst we are much worse?

Yes they were so dire they only finished fourth and were a massive 9 points away from beating Warrington to reach the Grand Final.

And?
Stated did not expect a win, but certainly disappointed we had 62 points put past us.
Both teams were under strength, Saints an interchange down.
Didn't expect that level of drubbing is all I'm saying.
Sorry that doesn't conform to your happy clapping agenda.
Get a grip.
I criticise and praise in equal measures.
Unlike some who constantly make excuses and praise praise praise.

Which point do you want to discuss? Both sides finishing on the same points and making the play off semi finals in 2016 or specifically the large cup win for us that year vs today's hammering?
