Personally I don't believe this, he'll still be in the job at the end of the season and probably next season too. I agree that Noble isn't the answer and would love to see Brian Smith or Des Hasler back at Hull.

OK, you have a point though and the point I was trying to make previously before getting shot down was if you look and act slovenly surely it reflects on other people around.

Without flying a flag for Peter Sharp for all he disliked the media attention he was always good addressing a crowd of people, something Agar has never been good at I am afraid.

What this club needs is a personality either to work along side of our existing or to replace.

Maybe, just maybe we could do with another media whore at the helm.

It's nothing to do with the media, it's about confidence in yourself. If he isn't confident talking rugby to a group of people off the street then there's no wonder the seasoned pros at the club aren't responding to him

Tony Smith is equally - actually more - uncomfortable with the media but he does OK as a coach.

completely disagree with that, I know what you mean that Smith doesn't always look comfortable but he comes across a million times better than Agar does. He also has a decent grasp of the English language which always helps, Agar just sounds thick.
