A smoking shelter cannot have enclosed sides as far as I am aware. This makes the seating area at the KC unsuitable as a smoking shelter as all of the sides are enclosed. However caravan park is another matter altogether and any of their stands could officially be used as a smoking shelter

they will never do that, in fact they have to replace the VAT reduction loss of income somehow, expect the fuel price accumulatot to make a comeback I am afraid, and airport departure taxes and insurance tax to increase s well.
