Are we to have a situation were ever RL player who is convicted of anything AWAY from the rugby field and RUGBY matters is banned sin die. If that is the case can they all leave now. I might just get a game somewhere then

I do not condone violence or law breaking ( [size=59though it keeps me in a job[/size )
I do though feel that once a person be it joe public from a sink estate or a professional sportsman has served their sentence then let them move on. Yes Reardon has not served or even been sentenced yet. He has pleaded guilty and from the comments he is stating he is remorseful. If you believe him or not that is not an issue. The issue is if he does it again. Given that he is moving away from his wife's home area I think we have to take him at his word. I am sure there are one or two in our squad who are friends with him ( Radders for instance) who may well help him in his quest to go straight.
If he is sent down ( which I doubt he will ) then he will have to take it like a man and then move on. If thats with Hull FC or on the dole he will have to accept it.

But lets stop the FC / Rovers in fighting and lets put some kind of real perspective on the whole issue.

Now whether he is fit to play for us is entirely different and one that I hope the club have considred and done their homework on.

Why have they embarrassed themselves?The campaign might do Readon some good,highlighting the awareness of domestic violence.If thats the case then most teams in the superleague are an embarrasment and have no morals including yourselfs with Cockhead.Bradford and catalan with the bird saga,Huddersfield with carney,Leeds with Eastwood and of course Hull with Croker the list goes on and thats just this season.The only thing wrong with the signing of Readon was the timing and if Hull had sat on the fence he would of been snapped up by another superleague club with again NO morals.I dont believe you can type such tripe after what went on at your club last week.

This just get's worse!!!

Both these events were fuelled by alcohol, remove alcohol and they would not have happend.

We've now gone from both events been bad, to cockaynes was worst then reardons, WHO CARES, let their rugby do the talking
