| Don't know if Joe Shorrocks is available, but if he can't get into Wigans 17 regularly, I'd take him at 13

| Quote Dave K.="Dave K."Do you know why I was bigging him up and wanting him to get a chance, because I watched him develop in the youth systems, where he was outstanding, including for Yorkshire academy, but we didn't give a chance, instead played Jordan Johnstone at 7, ok it might not have worked, but should have give the kid a chance.
Whilst Brown might not be a perfect 13, he offers more than Cator in attack, can pass, offload and break tackles which is more than Cator can do.
I'd like to sign a 13 like Westerman or Smith, but that isn't going to happen and we need a better option than Cator at 13.'"
Fair enough Dave… I saw harry tyspn-Wilson a few times and he looked the part but another who wasn’t given a chance.I know what you mean about a 13…I’d give Carlos ago as think he has the game as his days as a centre are gone. The 7 is going to be hard…I’m not a massive Lino fan but we may have to and he can kick.would you take Thornley from Wigan?

If you’d stated an opinion, fair enough but you signed up 3 weeks ago and your first post is a statement of intent to relinquish your pass and not support your team of 20 years and you call me an idiot

Yes HTW was another one, look like world beaters in academy then don't make the step up.
Not a fan of Lino personally, but isn't much about, just hope for an ace up Smith's sleave.
Wouldn't be against Carlos at 13, be better than Cator.
I wouldn't sign Thorney either type of player who onky looks good in a good side, rather have Mcgilvary or stick with what we have.

Be a good signing for a year.
Still think with the help of Grix, we will get a couple of forwards from the Championship

| I can't see Carlos as a 13. He's played far too long on the edges to be transfer to a middle. SR maybe as it's an easier move from centre and has worked well for Griffin and Watkins.
Unfortunately the problem now is getting him on the field to have that option.

If he did, would we need another centre with Scott, Sutcliffe, Mitch and Wacokecoke?
Two are injury prone and one never played first team.
Maybe try and get someone like Wrench or Corey Hall on loan for a year.

| Fed up with all this negativity.
Anyone know when next season's fixture list is announced?
I don't think I can contain my excitement.

| Connor is a very good player no doubt. But I believe he was one of the players who we needed to move on to correct the culture at the club. He was the first to go under Smith.
