| I think at Cas he might have been a big fish in a small pond, which is why he shone so much in his first few years.
Just utilise him in the right way and he'll produce the goods, hopefully.

| Not seen anything to suggest he's anything more than average so far, I hope to god I'm wrong! I also thought Tickle was nothing tonight, I'm fed up of watching us perform so badly!

| Makes me cringe seeing him wearing the 11 shirt and Fitzgibbon, a 2nd row/prop all his career, wearing the 13. It's the same situation as when Crocker, a natural second row, signed and was given the 13 in place of Washbrook, who to me looks a natural 13. Obviously they have only been given those shirts and used in that position because they are Aussies and more 'prestigious' players.

| Numbers mean nothing in todays game IMO
Youve got a decent player, who will prolly shine every now and again.
The Westerman hype ended 2 years ago......

| Westerman is a player that stood out as a player coming through and took his chance well once selected for super league. But for me he is now a player that has settled down and found his level and he is no longer that exiting prospect from previous seasons. Hull spent big money on the exiting prospect and overlooked the player that he now is. An average super league player that has been great for the Castleford coffers.

| The players that stood out for me tonight was ogre, fitzy and brisco the rest were below average, don't think that manu is a centre, long was long and isnt intersted imo, they just didn't have any direction.

| 1st half very quiet,2nd half with Sean Long missing i thought Westerman got a little bit more involved.I think he will do alright given the chance.

| When he moved to 6 and Turner went to he looked good.
Hopefully Agar has the bottle to play him at 6 and Obst 7 against Hudds with Turner in the .

Sharp was very good also. He always looked a threat and did nothing wrong!!

| Play Westerman at 13 as the pivot....our attack slowed down whenever Fitz got the ball....he is a 2nd row/prop now.

| Westerman will be ruined by playing for Hull. Your dull one up rugby will stifle his creativity. Using him to tackle and trundle at the line is pointless. You may as well have used Mike Burnett.

Sharp had the occasional good run but his defence is nothing to shout about is it, ogre looked exhausted.

| When he was at 6 he looked alot better and is the type of player who needs the ball in his hands with some space.
Its clear that he has no clue who to play 2nd row as his timing is way and angles are way off, which again is no fault of his own its down to our clueless coaches, i say coaches because Webster is the guy who bangs on about him been a second rower not Agar.

| Apart from those obvious bad misses I thought his general tackling has been quite good overall and he just looks lost a bit trying to fit into a new side in an unfamiliar position the same as Sharp who must be wondering wtf he has let himself in for having to come inside that much just to get his hands on the ball,
Play Fitz where hes more effective in the second row where he can show his attacking skills and stop the old feller burning himself out with all that tackling and let Westerman play 13 where he will be more comfortable.

Indeed. It could scarcely be any more obvious, or so you'd think.
