Past it Aussies.....so who is past it...Fitz has been superb this season and as for O'meley......id love to be "past" it at 28......both have been very very good.

It's an option we should look at , Tansey is starting to become a liability in that position.

Think Turner definately needs to go,given him the season to judge him on and definately won't make the grade,so get rid now and not waste another couple of seasons before the innevatable happens,right side of the attack needs a complete overhaul,top class centre is a must,can't be doing with Whiting,Turner and Hall anymore.

Turner did have a shocker last night but wasn't by himself think he has potential to be fair

Potential where though........he is another "steady" player...he wont make a try out of nothing...for me he is a better version of Graham Horne....we havent had a decent right Centre since the panther.

He's not in Barnett's class, but he is still a young player. I'd like to see us keep him and bring in a quality centre for him to learn from.

Try out of nothing your talking world class players normally ! We are not going to get one of them I don't reckon

IMO It doesnt matter what centre we bring in, our style of play is so 2 dimensional that even if we had a centre like Gidley, Lyons, Cooper etc. we wouldnt utilise them correctly ,they would get the same service we've been giving our centres for years - A late ball 20 yards away from the oppositions try line, with no space out wide. Or a poor flat ball on the 3rd tackle on the half way line.

Im not saying he is in Barnetts class.....just saying that we havent had a decent centre since then.........couldnt understand why we signed him and i dont think he is the type of player to take us forward.

To be fair there are very few who are in barnetts class !!

The issue today is that the whole message board is in shock and so every thread is a bickerfest !!
Yesterday was shocking and thats putting it mildly but we have to move forward now and onwards to Quins.

It was shocking beyond all recognition wasnt it but also remember that the last time we had a battering like that we ended up in a final !!!
We have a whole team almost yet to come back onto the island before the season is up and that experience will show however to start scapegoating at this point in the season will change nothing now but I am sure from what I heard a few players last night kissed their lockers goodbye come the end of the season ..
May I also say that anyone who heard Mrs Hetheringtons comments to one player especially after the match is anything to go by you should never EVER doubt her commitment to the cause . she was as heart broken as we all were!
