| As it stands Bell is 100% quota, I suspect the club think they will be able challenge this ruling.l

| Bell is an excellent signing along with Batchelor. Who said it was difficult to attract players to Hull FC Like kr showed., money talks.

| Bell is the type of quality we need, just not sure it's the right place to use our last quota spot, unless we have some domestic players lined up for other positions.
Ideally for halfback it would be Lam, but can't see that happening, then Pryce, could be Dodds the way we now shopping only in St Helens rather than Leigh.

Will be interesting to see what they do with the halves. Have got Charles, Kemp and Horne all waiting in the wings. Hopefully one of the three will come through as a regular super league player

Still think they are 12 to 18 months off like Westerman. I'd see one of them replacing Sezer in 2027. Still think we need a running half for next year.

| Seizer and Cust doing a good job ATM ...Will Charles Kemp be ready for next year ?....We need a strike centre ......But it's not fantasy football...... It's a steady process and it looks like we are prioritising a good pack ....We have to trust Myler / Cartwright in this.....

| If he takes our last quota spot i can't get excited by Bell. Surely we could have got a better back rower from the nrl or, ideally, used the spot on a centre or halfback

I’d have sooner gone for a quota centre personally too, but for whatever reason I don’t think it’s a priority for Cartwright. If it was I think we’d have at least been in for Nui and Milne this year when we had numerous spots to fill. I’m not sure we could easily get a better NRL back rower than Bell though. There’s a few exceptions but most of the only players willing to come over now are pretty inexperienced fringe players, it’s a big gamble you could get a gem but could also be an Ockunbor. Bell is proven quality and settled in SL.

Has looked ok in a dominant saints pack but more of a busy player rather than one who offers any real impact

I was more wanting to make the point that bringing in an NRL player is a risk nowadays with the gulf in wages, doubt we’d get a Sika Manu/Mini quality.

I'd say that of all of our quota players next season Bell looks the worst in terms of quality so the p,ayers are definitely avaialble

| Bell is just under 6ft tall 100kg. Runs hard too. He’s typical Cartwright player, can play number of positions . It would have been great if we could have snapped up Liam Martin but it’s a salary cap issue..
