Precisely how we feel regarding your own viewpoints.
The evidence to our own arguments are no less valid to us than your evidence is to you. One thing is for sure though, the likes of Knocker or Jason Smith didn't have 50% of the Hull supporters thinking they was average players.

He has the advantage of listening to the radio, whilst we go to the games.

| I think there is a good player in Westerman.
I actually think our attacking structure will be better without him, if you have Hull FC TV, watch the Catalans home game. we looked clueless in attack, Westerman got injured and wwnt off an we went on to play some great rugby, that's not Westermans fault, but I don't think he worked with our two pivots (Compared to the year before when we had none), at times he just looked a spare part.
I actually think he should play out wide were he did in 2011 and played his best rugby IMO.

Completely agree with this.
Knocker was well ahead of his time skill wise compared other players of the same era.
Smith was a maverick who could take the game by the scruff of the neck and had the ability to open up defenses.
Westerman worked hard for the most. Was better then just "bang average" as some have described, but rarely was he outstanding.
£150k is good business. Hopefully the Tony / Radford / Pearson can identify an appropriate player to come ( preferably) and use the cap space to good use. Happy for us to wait for the right player, no point in knee jerk signings. Problem will be that there are unlikely to be many OOC high profile players at the moment. Hence I would hope to see a mid season signing at some point.

I actually think winger is more of an issue, if we play Logan and Fonua as centres (With Carlos T as an option) then I am happy.
Two of Talanoa, Michaels or Naughton on the wings concerns me more.

| There may be some more cap room to play with shortly as i am told that a couple of your players have been fixed up with 12 month loan spells elsewhere. I have no idea who or where but im guessing a couple of your younger lads. Abdul and Fash maybe?
At least you loan yours out and dont give them away like my club.

| Given our strength in the back row £150k for a player with a year left on his contract is great business.
While I can understand given the club's financial position that AP will want to retain the fee to spend in other areas, if he wants to sell passes he would be wise to spend the spare cap on an outside back.
But not Welham.

| I love the way mrs B and others slurp up the gash served to them, 150k for Westerman...do me a favour!
It would seem so many are blinded with their faith they can't see the reality of what was and has happened...
IF we do 'all of a sudden' have cap space relating to Westerman's salary then given how we really need to make an impression next year then we would be spending right up to the cap on a better player for the backline, Pearson would be selling the club and the fans short by not forming the best squad possible within the cap.
Next year is even more vital than ever, certainly the rallying cry from the club says as much and frankly it definitely is given how fans are becoming apathetic and all the losses Pearson continually goes on about.
So, I'm not holding my breath on actually using that cap space until I see someone of quality being signed up.
Smoke and mirrors and a lot of bullshat.
