I'll give the council a quid then give AP two quid to buy it and run the company with a proper balance between tenants and looking actively to make money.

The guy is unbelievable why on half would hcc buy a bubble pitch for 1.5m? I like it when he does interviews though cos everytime he speaks he shoots himself in the foot even more.
Some of the pro Allam hull city fans who I work with are even turning against him now.

Contradictions left right and centre.

He signed up to the responsibilities of the SMC which acts as steward for the council of the KC for the benefit of tenants. Then openly sacks this off for the benefit of City (not really paraphrasing here either). Offering the council the SMC for a quid. What, the SMC that had net assets of £42k when he took it on and four years on has net liabilities of £6.3m? Never interested in the academy for four years. Convenient. As for the name change, his application took a right beating in the FA report (even the HDM called it stinging criticism) but he's not changing a word of it for the re-assessment.
