To have net liabilities is not a desirable position, however Hull FC has improved this considerably over the last 5 years.

If the accounts are abbreviated, which I assume they are with Hull FC being able to elect to submit those style of accounts, there will not be a detailed breakdown of the liabilities.

That being said, its reasonable to suggest that of the current liabilities, there will be a decent wedge owing for PAYE / NIC, a certain amount of VAT owing and a degree of deferred income for season ticket and corporate packages sold for the 2010 season.

The dobbins going bust would not be good news for anyone, least of all Hull FC.

I don't think some people have the sense to see that to be honest. 2 competetive teams in hull is a money spinner for both clubs.

and the travelling support of Rovers is good for the rest of the league. I would be glad to see the back of Hudge though who I imho has been terrible for relations between the two clubs and some of their supporters.
