Heard that too. That would probably attract a bit of derision from some quarters, he is older than we have been recruiting and , for me anyway, a sign that we are seriously struggling to get better players in. At 34, with his best years some fair way back I cannot see the logic in this one, if true.

| Don't really see the logic in Massey other than he's a good club man.
You could argue a few injuries to our middles and we'd be back to having Brown, Cator, Fash, Lane all back in the 17. Massey is a bigger body.
Seems an odd one though.

| If we are needing an extra prop then that could mean Ashworth is heading into the back row.
Sao, Ese'ese, Pele, Fash,
Brown, Diakhate, Gardiner, Laidlaw
A bit short, and Massey's experience wouldn't hurt. Surprised he isn't going to Fev though.

| I'd be begging Taylor to stay rather than sign Massey.

| Massey meant to be going to Featherstone.
Rather run with Diakhate than bring Massey in

| Been reading a bit more on this, and I really dread now that Massey is coming here.

| Looks like Leeds are after Sam Powell, that's another bullet dodged, Leeds doing some work for other clubs signing the likes of Frawley amd Poweell, hopefully sign Massey too.

Agreed as just no logic to signing Massey and if true its a signing would smack of both desperation and cost cutting to be honest.
You'd have to say in all honesty that there very little so far to encourage fans to continue to dig deep for another season, at least we had Smith and coaching revamp plus, Hoy, Trueman and Clifford to give some hope.
