| Gutted for him and the club, think he would have a good season, probably his last involvement as a Hull player which isn't a great way to go.
Sounds like we are after a prop and a centre, I'd be looking for an overseas centre and domestic prop, as more chance of getting a domestic prop than centre.
Suprised we aren't after a backrower, hopefully that means Cartwright and Holmes aren't far off.

| Awful news regarding Sao, maybe the club and player could come to an arrangement and take a pay off this season, hlep with his recovery..prove his fitness in 12 months time and re-sign as non quota

Yes hopefully. That would seem to be the best outcome and fairest option for both parties.
Good luck to Ligi for hoi recovery.

Well he’s entitled to wages for rest of season and we should do any recovery as standard. But the priority for the club should be getting the quota spot now, him being non quota next season is even more irrelevant now for me.

Agree with this, we have been our own worst enemy at times but we can’t catch a break with the injuries.

| It was odds on to go this way. Gutted for him. Think he's taken far too much flack over the years and has been good value for money. Hopefully there's a way to free up the quota spot and cap space whilst still retaining him next year if he recovers fully.

Is Jebson injured, ld rather play him than Fash in the backrow.'"
Jebson was sent to Donny as part of the dual reg but can't see that he has played in the league so far.

| I though Lewis Bienek looked a much improved prop last year for London. I wouldn't be against offering him a deal, maybe just for the rest of the season to start, with a view to extending if he earns it. Problem is I assume he's living in London.
I'd also quite happily look at Will Lovell to strengthen the second row, but I think he's only ever been at London and is their captain so would be hard to tempt.
I know these 2 aren't world beaters but I'm just trying to think who is actually available who are big bodies, have some experience and therefore aren't as much of a risk

Bienek stayed part time last season as he works in the city, so doubt he'd be willing to give that up to make a short term move to hull where he'll likely be released/not first choice when we're back at full strength, similarly with Lovell, think he's a PE teacher during the week, so again, likely won't be giving up a career to make a short term move to us

Jesus wept … I’d hope for much better than them two.
