I think as a squad we are treading water, but we always knew this would happen sooner rather than later, youth is the key for both clubs.

And I believe we have over taken you in this department, but sadly we are still years behind the likes of Leeds, Wigan, St Helens, Warrington and even Castleford!

With the exception of Tickle and Moa I am expecting every other player to be as good as if not better than the ones they are replacing.

I think the addition of a top quality, recognised half back pairing will be the big difference next year, I think we can take a slight hit in quality in the forwards if we have the right pair in the middle. The forwards will need to be solid though.

What is this belief based on? both clubs don't have the players coming through I'd say they are both as bad as each other.

Hull and east yorkshire has a massive catchment area and we need to do more to make sure more players come through
