| Says you maybe. I think Radford's right and if fit Horne will be back next week. According to the radio commentary every other pass Miller did forced the receiver to stop and slowed everything down. Hardly a trait of a top half.

| Richardson was right, both halfs were average at best and we lacked cohesion.

| It would be a really bold decision by Radford and it's one that he won't make. But given that we aren't good enough to win anything, yet nowhere near relegation, I would like to see him bite the bullet and give HTW and /or Reece Dean a crack. They are the future of the club, and I for one would happily sacrifice a playoff spot to bring them on. Look how Saints are benefitting from being forced into playing all the youngsters last year.
Based on their styles I think Rankin at 6 and HTW at 7 could be a really exciting partnership. From what I've seen of Wilson he would easily hold his own, even at his young age, and if he struggles and we find out he's not ready, then what have we lost?

| The main criticism of Miller by the commentary team was his lack of taking the ball to the line and not engaging defenders. A valid observation i think.

Did to a degree but he was going across the face of play holding the defenders up and letting the forward come straight. I read that as forwards not quite been in tune with him yet. Few times he put the man into half a gap which allowed more yards, or went wider.
For me his kicking game wasn't bad at all. Not flawless but still in excess of what we've seen in recent years barring holdsworth.
Thought Miller was more of a man of the match this week than he was last.
plus radio baffle me sometimes. Mainly Richardson to be fair,he said paea looked jaded?!?! Where as I thought he looked tremendous and didn't deserve to be on the losing side

| Problem with 2 inexperienced halfs is that we'll get more poor games than good ones. We just can't afford to sit back and let the season implode while we see if miller and rankin have what it takes. Half back recruitment has again been shat leaving us with an injury prone, ageing horne and 2 kids with barely half a season in 1st grade between them

| If we don't give these two a chance we will never know if they are good enough to make us challenges and then once again, we have to try and sign a halfback, they should be given the next 5 games and see how they go.
Horne to come in at to replace Yeaman.
