There's not.
But there is a difference between his elbow hitting him in the throat, and rising through the tackle with momentum and ending up there.
Let me be clear - I'm not trying to exonerate him in any way (personally I feel a 2 or 3 match ban is fair), but you can't just put a photo 3 seconds into an incident and say 'judge it on that'.

Just like you can't put a photo of one angle only showing half the story like on your forum, his other hand is clearly seen pushing up on Yeaman's chin on the press photo. |

Yeamo done for fighting, same as Tomkins running in and punching. Haven't seen the Radford tackle on TL, but would love it if both the Tomkins got banned. |
