Not saying he is in the same league as Ellis but I'd be just as excited about signing Chase if we pulled it off.

I would be more excited if it was Finch, I personally think he is better than Chase this season.

Bailey doesn't have a bit of mongrel in him, more like a bit of chicken. Besides if Bailey was anywhere near as good a player as Chase is I wouldn't care.

But on the other hand he also has a fair few less years of rugby left in him, and Chase will likely continue to improve.

He may be having a better spell this year but Chase is a far better player.

The difference is Chase is a top class player and Bailey isn't. That said he has a role at Leeds which he does well and has been part of a multiple title winning team.

True, my only issue with Chase is he looks awesome in the Cas team, however I didn't think much when he played for England surrounded by better players, so my fear would be how will he perform regularly surrounded by better players all season ? I think he is more an individual player than a team player, definitively got some terrific skill though and far better than what we presently have.

Chase is the current mos playing in a poor side and is 5 years younger than Finch.

Apart from that Finch all the way.

Depends what you want really. Finch brings much more structure and organisation. Chase brings flair.
