I just don't understnad anyone picking Thorman at fullback, he is arguably the world's worst in that position!

I can see why Horne might be mentioned but we really can't afford to lose him from the middle of the pitch.

There is no structure at Hull, regardless of what 17 you pick the result will be the same.

There is a structure. It involves sending a forward into the line off the acting half while the remainder of the team stand in a line 20 yards behind all that sorting out the next play. The structure is too rigid and players should be moving much more fluidly pushing through the ruck and off the ball. To play that way requires more effort unfortunately.

This is close to what I would say should be the starting 17. Although I believe we have to find a place for Whiting I still think it is unfair on the hard work G Horne has put in over the last few weeks. Would like to see Whiting on the bench but I also like the bench choice.

I'd go with that Paul - possibly Houghton on the bench in place of Lee. Disappointed that none of them, with the exception of Thacks got a rest on Sunday. Would have liked to see some of the squad players get a game and make a challenge for places.

If G horne is not in the starting 13, he should be on the bench becuase he can still play a few different positions.

If you'd seen the reserves on Saturday Whiting and Maloney would be no where near the team either!

I'd start Lee and play Houghton on the bench. Drop Berrigan.

Don't think we can risk moving too many players about, but we are certainly once again lacking ball players in the side and impact from the bench. For that reason, Whiting has to come in somewhere and Thackerey should be back in the 17.

I'm afraid we are once again having to get used to the fact that the club has not sorted the issue of scrum half out once again. They may say they got their fingers burnt in bringing Dykes over, but he was our only creative force and class player when fit. Every other side in SL has a dominant no 7, maybe not the best no 7s ever but nevertheless out and out scum halves. We haven't. Therein lies the problem. Not a dig at Thorman personally, simply a fact.
