It was a cracking day weather wise, there were 2 close games to watch of TV and we were expected to walk it against a poor Salford side by playing expansive rugby.....
Thats why the crowd was so low!!!!!  |

Season ticket holders got in for free. Everyone else had to pay so I'd be interested to see how many actually did pay. Considering Salford brought a mini-bus full I'd say thats a good crowd. |

CC games get poor attendances. That's a simple fact and it applies to all clubs equally. |

TBh us and rovers have been the exception in recent seasons we have always had a half decent crowd in, like i said when everyone had to pay against sheffield and hunslet think we still pulled in around 7k, so with today being free to passholders to which we have 8500 ish thought crowd may have been bigger
But then again it was sunday i forgot |

i left the game after 60 mins today, first time i've ever left a game early in 20 yrs of watching f.c. i have watched some sh%te in my time but at least then we were expected to be crap so i was never disappointed! i couldnt believe the total lack of commitment to the cause from the majority of the players on the pitch today, the present board have taken this club so far backwards since 2005, please nobody try and tell me its just a bad patch and all will be well because if you think that then you are seriously deluded! whats the answer? f knows but until the powers that be become accountable and pull they're heads out of they're own backsides then i'm afraid things dont look good.
