In 2008, 15000 bought tickets for the final from the club. But the RFL said we had sold 30000 in total, because the club were so slow in getting them on general sale, I would guess a similar thing has happened this time. I reckon there will be 8-9000 Hull fans on Sunday

I bought 2 tickets last Friday with one pass, meaning pass holders could get more than the one ticket previously advertised. I'd be surprised if only 3500 had been sold via the club.

Club do need to sort out the shop on Saville Street though with a terminal seems crazy that you can pay for coach travel at the shop but not tickets.

According to a section of wire fans,the risk of Hull fans 'kicking off' is deterring them from going....but another wire fan pointed out that their normal league attendances have dropped this season,so maybe financial issues come into force?

as for the wire fans scared of fc fans kicking off, maybe they should worry about their own, hardly the most angelic fans themselves, I think the real reason they are holding off from buying tickets as most think they will win and wait for the final, even though they wont admit it!

There was a crowd of over 16,000 for the semi v Saints in 2005. We must have had about 9,000 there. I don't think 4,000 is great for us really, fantastic compared to most clubs in similar form to us but not for Hull FC. I appreciate there's still a few days to go, lets hope we can still get about 8k there with pay on the gate too.
