People saying Abdull won’t play 13 I have no idea what the thinking is with JA but think Cartwright must really like Cust wouldn’t be surprised to see him start as the 6. We were desperate for a halfback for this season and seemingly didn’t show an interest in him when he was available after what was a pretty solid couple of years in a winning side, strange that we now sign him after a disappointing season. Highly thought of at Manly JC must have a plan for him. |

Agreed but also on the field wise it’s not like having some depth in the spine positions wouldn’t be absolutely vital. Even if all 3 are fit and raring to go start of the season nobodies going to be sat twiddling thumbs for long. Rovers are the only team I can think of this season that haven’t had any spine players missing for a decent spell. |
