| Great game and if our game last week had been reffed like that I doubt we'd have lost. I really don;t fancy a trip to wigan in the play offs so must win game next week for me

| Initially I was leaning towards a Wire win to guarantee a home tie. Safety first approach. But as the game wore on I wanted Wigan to win it, to give us an opportunity of playing for the LLS in front of a packed house. You don't get many opportunities like that.
We've already achieved my lifelong Wembley ambition, so anything else that comes along this year is a bonus.
In February, I'd certainly have taken a Wembley win and a chance of finishing top going into the final game!!

| Warrington will do well to bounce back next week.
They'd got the game won, Wigan had lost their heads when Flowers got sent off (shouldn't be allowed on a rugby field again, he's a total coward - he even disputed the sending off?). Warrington may have a few out too or patched up at best. Currie looked to have twisted his knee when going over for his try.
Warrington fans thought they'd won it too, until Wigan came back. As was mentioned earlier, the best part of the evening was when the put the LLS back in its box and took it away for next week. Bet that just capped their evening off.
We'll be going all in next week. Winner takes it all, loser likely to end up third.
Think we'll be over our post Wembley dip and be ready for some more silverware. Three wins from the greatest season in our history.

All men are created equal, some work harder in preseason.

One game, back in time for their semi final at a guess? Or the ape will appeal due to his good disciplinary record and he'll get off...

prop forward uses forearm to the neck /jaw of small unprotected half back in the motion of kicking a ball, and prop forward had both feet of the ground to ensure he gets full contact. .....
Tony Smith has lost it big time. ....enjoy next week. ...walk in the park for you men. ..

Yep i think it will be a walk in the park for Hull as well, warrington are a beaten team and perennial chokers.

And if we end up having to go away from home in the semi then so be it, our away record against the top teams is fantastic.'"

Their last 2 games have been without Walsh and Thompson who make a huge difference.

| Quote: Offy "At the start of the season, I was looking at top 6, keeping in thr running for top 4, with a good Wembley run.
we have since finished top the league (regular season, should already have the LLS imo) won at Wembley and are within 1 point of top of the league. whilst there, why not go for it?
I'd rather W**an win tonight, sets up a grand slam finish at the KC next week for the LLS. yes we could finish 3rd, but even an away tie in the semi's id fancy our chances.
so hope for a w**an win tonight and then beat wire at our place...COYH'"
Deffo agree you should already have the LLS for finishing top after the regular season. Good luck next week, we'll just deal with what we get!

we were without 7 players who were rested when we played them the week after the cup final, not that anybody outside fc would remember by the look of it, saints were average and got a few 'home' calls from campbell
ill stand by what i posted, even saints fans weren't convinced that night if you want to check their board out
