A excellent signing, young British (Yorkshire to boot) with superb potential.
The club have already said that they'll be behavioral stipulations in the contract and I have no doubt Gentle has told him whats expected.

At some point it has to be down to the player and their attitude. Take Tansey for example, for all the shortcomings of our previous coaching setup it would be wrong imo to say that they failed to harness his ability.
