| Tansey's an absolute fool both to the Club and to himself.
I fully support the Club in this instance and it only sends out the correct messaged - "Don't pr@t about or else you're out!"

She may have to give a BJ to get a BJB?

| Excellent call by the club he knew how much the derby's mean to the club the players and us the fans and yet twice he has let us down by appauling behaviour which meant that he missed two of these games and let the team down.
OK we have aways been short on play makers and have now lost two in two months but you just can't condone behaviour like that! He was found guilty last week and given a week to appeal and what does he do on the 'Otley Run' last week end, but show just how worried he wasn't about the outcome of his appeal. There will no doubt be a few players concerned about the gap he leaves but none the less pleased with the outcome and I for one would rather we struggle for a while and are thin on the ground, than risk the long term damage that keeping him on the books would cause and the dangerous precedent it would set! Well done Hull FC!
Just my opinion of course, but I'm pleased with the outcome..

He's non-fed and quota basically. Plus had a few injury issues iirc. Don't think he has any dark secrets. Only reason I can imagine Hull being reluctant is if they have other irons in the fire (eg Sammut) or want to leave the space open in the hope that a top player becomes available mid-season.

We've got Schifcofske, Sammut, Kear and Hanbury, when he finally get's here to cover fullback. We've got enough problems here in Wrexham without adding a disruptive player thanks

| Quote: Airlie the Cat "Definitely the right decision but wasn't all of this some of our own making by signing him in the first place? Surely his 'problems' haven't only just started happening while he's been with Hull FC? Should we have taken him at the outset if we knew that he could potentially be a problem?'"
No idea what his disciplinary record was like at Leeds or the Roosters, but even if it wasn't unblemished the club may have thought he'd be smart enough to clean up his act. Turns out he's as dumb as a box of dirt. Can't really blame the club for his lack of brains.
Correct decision to get rid and a pretty brave one given the problems it leaves us with. It would have been easy to slap him with some other punishment and let him stay. Well done to all concerned.

| I'm always in favour of the club taking this kind of action. The players are in a very priveledged position and if they cant respect it they dont deserve to play for any club let alone this one.

| Well done to the club hierarchy. Brave decision but the right one IMO.
No to phelps. I'd rather wait and see if we can use the quota space on a better quality player in a few months

I'd also be happy with getting Phelps. He's what we need, and we know he can play to a superleague standard, even if he isn't world class. he'd also bite our hand off for a contract.'"

| Good decision by the club. It seems like they've taken their time and gone with the three strikes and you're out policy, which is more than fair.
It's a shame because he did show glimpses of excellent play, and if he sorted out his inconsistency, daft errors & misdemeanours off the pitch, he could be knocking at the door for the England squad.
I reckon some club will pick him up, and they'll have a bargain, albeit a bargain with discipline issues.

| Well done Hull FC. Well done Richard Agar and the Board of Directors. Now to focus on adding to a disciplined squad and getting results.
