I'm all for punishing foul play but there needs to be some consistency shown by the RFL across all teams.

Agreed, there is no consistency in this area from the referees each game to the disciplinary panel. Still seems a lottery when appearing at Red Hall as well as what some players and teams have appeared there for.

Its seems its not what you do but who you are and play for that is the key

Thats exactly right. It seems to be a complete lottery regards who gets a ban nowadays. Surely the grading system should give a clear indication of what punishment will follow? Depending on previous convictions also maybe.

I made a flippant comment that both would get a ban to show how strong the RFL are on clampingdown knowing Hull had little left to play for. I will also say that if the players had been playing for the giants or wolves they would not have got the same punishment....this week at least!

Seems harsh given our good disciplinary record this season but we shouldn't be surprised.

I find it quite ironic that other teams have beat us up all season but as soon as we stand up for ourselves and show some aggression two players get banned and two others get warning letters.

The whole on report system is a joke anyway; it just gives the referees to an excuse to avoid making a decision on the incident at the time.

Surprised with the bans considering Tadulala only got a fine with intentionally dragging big Eorl by the hair, which in my opinion is far more premeditated than these two cases.

I find it amazing that they get two matches and even more amazed tha a nines tournament counts.
