| The rugby we played under Bomber (with Richie Barnett snr at centre) was some of the best i have seen a hull side produce....ahh if only we could muster a 10th of that attacking flair now  |

Yes it was awesome,all we really lacked i think was a top drawer 7 and perhaps a prop and better luck with injuries and we'd have took some stopping. Love watching the season highlight videos from back then, seeing the panther glide on the outside of his opposite centre or pull his winger in and unleash Best from 60 or 70 yards. Pure class. |
