My issue tonight would be that G Horne and Yeamo didnt get a single pass to put their wingers away. And if you look at the SL stats for centres there arent many with them as good as ours. Whiting played 2nd row last week. Think thats where he would be better used. Our centres are fine if we stop playing down the middle all the time.

He made 1 poor defensive play tonight and the Yeamo knockers are out again.

They get as much quality ball as our [itactics[/i allow. It would help if they ran quality lines or had some dummy runners mixing things up.

i agree, ateotd, yeamo's our best centre so he wont be gettin dropped for anyone at the club cos theres no one even half as good as him in that position.

i could name a dozen attackin plays that were poor tonite by the rest of the team that were worse than that one defensive lapse, at least he made up for it and scored.

Tonight, no. But Yeaman does have a bit of a history of hanging onto the ball when he should put his winger away. It's a glaring flaw in his game.

I'd agree that they certainly haven't had the service they need. Especially tonight. I just reckon Whiting would add a different dimension. He's a better footballer than both of our centres with ball in hand.

Not really, you claimed he creates width and for all the tactics in the world Agar can't make Hornes decisions for him during the game. His decision making is not a half back at the top of SL quality (saying that neither is Thormans).
