Just listened to this myself and whilst not completely clear as he kind of said it quickly and in passing, its gonna be interesting if it doesn't go ahead as to who they may end up with

They do say Sezer won't be joining the black and whites now.

"IF" true could mean a couple of things. Potentially another half back available who we would prefer to go for.
Or maybe another position, likely a centre, has been made available who we are now after. However that would likely mean we'd have to run with Cust in the halves alongside Abdul.

I still think either way we are going to end up weak in the halves or at centre. Quite possibly still weak at both.

I would have thought Hastings would want marquee wages and our places are taken if I'm correct.

Not sure if you still can but contracts could be back loaded for example he could say earn 150k for 2 years then 300k for his 3rd year or something similar.

I would have thought this story would have leaked before been broadcast on those two's podcast .
