What is good now, is that we no longer rely on loan players (usually from Leeds) to get us through an injury crisis. Radders' emphasis on giving young players an opportunity will pay dividends in years to come.
Must also be a positive when signing young players when they can see a pathway to the first team.

Going to be interesting to see how the Dobbins cope with a bit of pressure on them to actually win a derby.
