Well our website is worse, the app doesn't get bothered with anymore and barely works, Hull FC TV has got massively worse, shirts have gone up in price but are no better quality..
Id say yes, of all the things improved marketing is a lot worse than before!! |

How is our website worse? We have articles pretty much every day, pass sales tracker, an improved online offer and upgraded shop website, good stats section. Please list the features would you like to see brought back from the halcyon days of Rule's website

I would like to see it be a 'mobile friendly' site. It was better before because it had less 'going on' so could be used on my phone. Now it's like a chore!

No free content or highlights anymore and the quality of the pay content or tonight wouldn't be worth £1 let alone £50..
I'm not criticising everything, but media and marketing is nowhere near IMO and needs addressing!! |

There are free interviews on the website, and free weekly highlights are covered by SLtv, so what's the point in providing this also? The club have added the full match coverage as an incremental offer with a price to try and drive up revenue. These things cost to make available at a time when overall revenue is down. Providing extra free coverage will not help the club's profitability, and upgrading the app costs. |
