No if he retires and see's his last year out as an assistant coach but also adds another two years on his contract he could easily be the man to succeed Gentle. |

If we are appointing Radford as our new assistant coach just to get him off the playing staff them I am seriously worried about new coaching team.
An assistant coach is very important to succeeding in SL, the right appointment needs to be made, not sure if Radford is that man, but is better than some of the other names I have heard, guess we will have to wait and see. |

TBH I see Radford as a good candidate for the role in the Youth/Acadamy development within the club rather than a full on first team assistant coach. |

I was thinking the same, we're not a learning establishment, we are a professional RL club, the lower leagues are there for people to learn their trade. |

Can't see that being the case under Pearsons owership of the club and certainly not in just 3 years. From what i've seen and heard from Pearson since he first arrived in Hull years ago he has always said the Coach/Manager is one of the most important figures within a club. |
