Highly unlikely, it has taken 5 and a half years on here to get to 1000.

On another note, and I don't think its been mentioned?

Has there always been a transfer deadline in Super League? I don't seem to remember it from any other season?

Does it actually acheive anything at this stage of the season?

Just out of interest - I know you are letting a few players go for next season (mostly squad players) but are reported to be bringing a new half-back pair in plus 4 more high-quality signings. Chase is one of the top 3 earners in SL - how will you fit them under the Salary cap?

I didn't miss your point - I ignored it. You see, our new owner has been making the very same point pretty much since the day he took over and has spent money on developing just such a youth system as you describe. It won't be done in a day, or a season, or maybe a few seasons - but it will be done.

And if you seriously think that we've built a good base every year for the last few years then you really haven't been paying attention.
