| So nothing too unexpected with Sutcliffe and Jebson dropping out the 21 man squad and Carlos coming in though inclusion of Shaul seems a surprise based on TS comments yesterday that Shaul wasn't going to be risked but would be fit for Wigan. Shame Staveley is still out with the injury picked up in the reserves.
Be interesting to see if he's just been named in the 21 to keep Wakey guessing as to who the FB will be?

Can’t see Shaul getting in over Litten now. He was chosen ahead of him earlier in the season and did well, but Litten has backed it up and is the future. TS has spoken about how he’s prioritising that, so I expect Davy to start.

Litten if fit is no.2 behind Hoy every day of the week.

Absolute tosh, your statement doesn’t make sense. I’ll state it once again, if the club wanted to make loan signings, they would have had to be players they wanted to keep permanently, no such players were identified, so no loan signings. It’s not rocket science and you don’t need to be Oppenheimer or Einstein to understand that.

| Nothing more than victory will do. If we don't win this then we can turn it in for the season.

| How the heck do we even think we can lose this one ?
It’s 100% season over if we lost this
simple as that
then the Annual season pass dreams start being sold
we’ve not won a GF in 31 years and only 3 Challenge cups in 41 years
it’s a 12 team sport and that’s all we can achieve !

| If we win 30-14 tomorrow then Wakefield and Cas will be on identical records in terms of WDL and points scored and conceded.

Save money this year then spend next when it actually matters and when weve got a different set of players and hopefully a whole new culture running through the club'"
Agree, and with the benefit of hindsight what did last years loan signings really deliver except for a Magic Weekend win? They are all now playing in the Championship, 2nd grade in Australia or filling in for injuries at Rovers.

| Wakefield are a bit invigorated but have yet to win away from home .
Hull must be favourites for this one .

| Big game today, will test were we are, as I reckon the last 4 years we would have lost this typrcof game.

It's strange as fans that we too have been mentally conditioned.
Never knowing what to expect, which Hull team is going to turn up.
Compete against the big teams and capitulate against the weaker ones.
This is a game on paper I'd expect to win but the reality is I'm not confident.
We definitely need to win to keep our slim play off hopes alive but who knows what we'll get today.
I'll go with optimism as usual but similar to last game at Huddersfield, I will not be shocked if we get beat.
The player's mindset will determine this one and hopefully after last week they want to put a few wrongs, right .
