On their website Hodgson is the assistant coach, so maybe that’s how they’ve got around it. Had it clarified. You can’t have an overseas coach and an assistant coach unless he’s played here. |

Kearney and Fitzgibbon would have made expensive assistants
Think Last is a decent appointment. He’s got plenty of experience, worked in the England camp. Also local so there’s no additional cost of re locating. Whatever budget Myler has,
