In regards to the discussion re Houghton, its not that he isn't good enough anymore the issue is more how we have used or rather overused him for years. Unfortunately he is no longer the player he was 5 years ago and we can not expect him to continue week in week out to perform at a consistent level if we are flogging him for 80mins every week.

That is for me that is the issue that we need to address, playing him but spelling him in games we would get much more benefit and see a big difference in games. Leaving him on for 80mins does us little favour as by about the 60min mark he's practically out of gas.

Fully agree but the lack of first teamers either through injury or suspension has unfortunately meant he’s been used for the full 80 minutes, now we have practically a full squad, I expect Lovodua to play loose man and Lane to come off the bench so Lovodua can spell Houghton.

Not always, a few times he has an unused sub, could have give Johnstone a spell there last week.

Reynolds for Wynne our strongest squad of the season only really Tag missing now. Come on you Huulllaaaa

There’s a site that is supposed to list pubs that show premier sports (not sure if I’m allowed to mention it so I won’t) and it says Silver Cod, Queens Hotel and The Grandale have it. Might be worth getting touch directly as I’ve found that it’s not entirely accurate.

A long shot but anyone know of a pub in Manchester city centre that will have it on?

PremierSports own venue finder rlhererl though it lists Tribal (Kingswood) as a venue showing Premier Sports but I'm sure someone has said they'd contacted Tribal and were told they were not showing the game which is odd for a joint venture between both Hull clubs chairmen.

I live there and have never found a pub for games.

There's a few in Hull according to the pub finder. George Hotel and Masters in town. Might wander over.
