| One thing I do find a bit odd is seeing players wearing shirts of the team they'll be playing for next season. We've seen Swift and Jones in a Hull shirt already.
I'd not be happy to see, for example, Westerman posing in a Cas shirt before his contract with Hull has finished.

| Welcome to Hull FC, Adam. Sounds like a good bit of business by the club and that he has a first rate attitude by all accounts. Also good to see that we're getting players coming into the team with some pace to join Shaul - Naulago, Wynne and now Swift. Look forward to seeing him in the black & white shirt!

| I know Grace and Co have kept Swift out the St's squad, But when did he actually last play a competitive super league game?

| Swift first choice for me. Electric pace and can finish. Ratu has had a few good games but so raw and makes some strange defensive choices. Fili Seru had a few good games but look how he turned out. Apart from Saints and Aussies clubs there isn't many better wingers then him in league

| Very good winger is Swifty.
Drops the odd ball like all wingers bar Makinson do, however he is very good returning the ball, and is fast. His try scoring rate speaks for itself.
When a youngster on loan at Whitehaven he played fullback and got rave reviews from the jam eaters.
His career basically took a dip during the Cunningham era, which i think damaged a number of players. He also got a knock or two. Nothing major, but enough to let Grace get the opportunity. Once Grace got first team action despite being somewhat raw i think Justin merely saw that extra potential so went with Grace rather than Swifty.
Sad to see him go, however Saints not only have Grace and Makinson, but some very exciting academy prospects that will likely break through to the first team in the next 12 months or so eg Josh Simm

How refreshing to have you and Judder Man tell us good things about one of your players joining us! It often seems that when a player switches clubs that they suddenly become poor players to the supporters of the club they are leaving!

Dwarfs, Gnomes, Halflings/GNOME2.JPG The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you.

He's got quite a lot of fans on his side at Saints, we have a couple of fans who still judge him when he had a poor spell about 4 years ago. Should have played a few more games this season first game opportunity he got was against your lot result was 3 tries, 8 tackle busts and 167 metres. Has played 3 games this season and is averaging 145 metres. He can maintain top speed for the full 100 metres better than Regan Grace who replaced him.

| Slightly off topic as well.
Josh Jones your other signing is a good player as well.
He seems to have put on a bit too much timber at Salford but if you check his stats you can see he is a handfull
back on topic re Swifty.
In 2015 he was 4th for clean breaks in SL and 10th for Tackle busts and 5th for meters made.
In 2016 he was 1st for clean breaks in SL.
He will make you meters, make you trys and score you trys.
