I couldn't point to any of your results so far as surprises. I think I'd have had you down as favourites in the two you won, while the three you lost were away fixtures against other teams who would be disappointed not to make the top 4. You put Cas right off their stride last season and they didn't start the season brilliantly, so that might be a very slight disappointment I suppose.
I'd be very surprised if you didn't finish top 6.

| Putting all the nonsense to one side. I am pretty content with the start we have made. Given the Aus trip and the difficulty of these first 5 games, I was hoping for 3/5. Any better than that would have been a massive bonus. So we are one win off the pace, but the performances in defeat have been ok and given the players we have had missing we have done alright.
The next 4 games are very winnable, and even if we slip up in one, a 5/4 record keeps us well on track. Nothing to be concerned about yet.

We need Kelly, Houghton and Watts back. Three critical players for us. And hopefully Sika not long term.

| 3 extra days extra rest for us over salford before next Friday's game should help. Hopefully a body or two back but wouldn't be surprised if the side was similar to last night

All quiet on the injury front. 4 weeks since Houghton's injury so maybe not too far off. No idea on the others though.

Waaa waaa waaa, do explain how that is sexist?
How did your report for my calling out your ridiculous comment work out?
So, not content with spouting racist nonsense you now turn to start to make personal attacks on me and my family, you're such a choice individual!

Yada yada. So racist nonsense and now personal attacks on your family? You should get back on the meds, it might stop the hallucinations

| Lots of chat about going to 2 leagues of 10 today on social media. This makes avoiding the middle 8s even more critical.

really hope the SL clubs give this a wide berth! not a fan of the current system with the skewed fixtures in the 8s', playing teams 3 times a season will make it more unfair imo
cant see clubs wanting to lose 6 home games and income, stick as we are and go 1 up 1 down

I think the proposal is to play each other 3 times.

| If this is true then I walk away from the game. It is bad enough playing 1 team at least 3 times in a regular season never mind the possibility of playing all teams 3 times with the possibility of playing a team 4 or 5 times in a season if Challenge cup and play offs are taken into account.

| Toronto signing Gareth O'Brien is the rumour. Has form in the MPG - might come in useful.

NO point in looking at the league table until after the Easter fixtures. Wasn’t it Widnes started like a house on fire a year or two ago then faded .
